This policy explains which personal data we collect through the website ambalazerka-shop.rs, why we do so, who we share it with, how long we keep it and what rights you have. We process data in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Serbia and, for visitors from the European Union, with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Who processes your data

2. What data we collect
- When you place an order: first and last name, billing and delivery address, phone number, email address, the contents of your order and any notes you enter. If you buy as a company: company name, VAT number and registration number.
- When you create an account: email address, username and password (stored in encrypted form), and any details you save in the account.
- When you contact us: the details in your message – by email, phone, quote request or the chat on the website.
- When you use the logo preview on a product: the logo image you choose is processed by your browser; we do not store it.
- Technical data: IP address, type of device and browser and the pages you visit, through cookies and analytics tools (see section 6).
We do not collect or store payment card details. Card payments are made on the bank’s secure page.
3. Why we process data and on what basis
- Performance of a contract: processing and delivering your order, communication about the order, running your account, answering a quote request.
- Legal obligation: issuing invoices and keeping accounting records, handling complaints.
- Legitimate interest: security of the website and prevention of misuse.
- Consent: visitor statistics and the chat, that is, cookies and tools that are not necessary for the website to work. You can withdraw your consent at any time (see section 6).
We do not sell your data and do not use it for automated decision-making.
4. Who we share data with
We share data only with those we need in order to provide our service, and only to the extent necessary:
- BEX courier service – name, address and phone number, to deliver orders.
- ProCredit Bank a.d. Beograd – processing of card payments.
- Dream Technologies Group d.o.o., Serbia (hosting) – storing the website’s data on its servers.
- Tidio – the chat on the website, if you use it.
- Google (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager) and Piwik PRO – visitor statistics of the Serbian version of the website.
- Our accountants and the competent authorities – where required by law.
Some of these providers may process data outside the Republic of Serbia, including in the European Union and the United States. In those cases the transfer is carried out with the safeguards required by law.
5. How long we keep data
- Orders and invoices: 10 years, as required by accounting and tax regulations.
- User account: until you delete it or ask us to delete it.
- Enquiries and correspondence: up to 2 years after the last contact.
- Visitor statistics: up to 26 months.
After these periods we delete the data or make it anonymous.
6. Cookies and analytics
The website uses cookies – small files stored in your browser:
- Necessary cookies – they make the basket and account login work and remember the language you chose and your cookie choice. The website cannot work without them.
- Analytics cookies – Google Analytics and Piwik PRO help us understand how the website is used. They are set only if you accept them, and only on the Serbian version of the website; on the English and German versions we do not use statistics tools.
- Chat cookies – Tidio uses them so that a conversation can continue while you browse the website. The chat is loaded only if you accept it.
On your first visit we ask which cookies you allow. We remember your choice for six months, and you can change it at any time: Cookie settings.
You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block the necessary cookies, some parts of the website will not work.
7. Your rights
At any time you have the right to:
- ask for access to the data we hold about you and for a copy of it;
- ask us to correct inaccurate data or complete incomplete data;
- ask us to delete your data or your account, except for data we are legally obliged to keep;
- ask us to restrict processing, or object to it;
- ask for your data to be transferred to another controller;
- withdraw any consent you have given.

If you believe we are not processing your data lawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Serbia (www.poverenik.rs). Visitors from the European Union may also contact the supervisory authority in their own country.
8. Data security
We apply technical and organisational safeguards: an encrypted connection (HTTPS), access to data limited to the staff who need it for their work, and regular system updates. No system is completely secure, but we do everything reasonable to protect your data.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page.
