1. Delivery
- Where we deliver: deliveries outside Serbia are arranged individually for each order.
- Cost and delivery time: they depend on the quantity and the destination and are stated in the offer we send you.
- Customs and import duties: goods are dispatched from Serbia, so import duties and taxes of the destination country may apply. The offer states what is included in the price.
Receiving the goods
Please check the shipment when it arrives. If the packaging is visibly damaged, report it to the carrier straight away and let us know at jelena@ambalazerka-shop.rs, with photos if possible. Defects you notice later can be reported as a complaint (see Complaints and Returns).
2. Payment
The payment method and the payment deadline are stated in the offer. Prices on the English version of the website are in euros (EUR), without VAT, and are indicative.
The English version of the website does not take online payments, and we never ask you for payment card details by email.
Refunds
When we refund a payment, we transfer the money to your bank account. The conditions are described in Complaints and Returns.
