S.R. Ambalažerka from Stari Banovci is a technologically complete industrial operation specialising in the design, printing and manufacture of all types of commercial, transport, laminated and eco-friendly packaging. By combining more than two decades of tradition with state-of-the-art digital and offset technology, we deliver the entire process on a turnkey basis – from the initial idea and rapid prototype to full-scale factory production.

Our modern plant covers more than 3,000 m² in a strategic location right next to the E-75 motorway, giving us excellent logistics connections and express delivery with our own vehicle fleet throughout Serbia and the European Union.

🇪🇺 Doing business in Europe without customs or paperwork

We are proud that our business is fully adapted to the requirements of international clients. Through our newly established company in Germany – EuroVerpackung 24 GmbH – all customers within the European Union can buy and collect goods directly, with no customs duties and no complicated import procedures. We handle the entire import and logistics process, giving you security, local support and business conducted under the rules of the EU internal market. In addition, during 2027 we are launching a state-of-the-art European web shop that will give customers across Europe a fast, transparent and simple way to buy packaging from our range online.

Business stability and top quality are guaranteed by our well-coordinated team of 35 professionals. Led by our technical director and production managers, the plant runs in two organised shifts, ensuring seamless continuity and strict adherence to deadlines. With our own prepress department, finance team and expert sales team, we provide clients with professional communication and fast handling of every request.

🛠️ Technological excellence and machinery

We operate one of the most powerful and flexible machine parks in the region, organised into five industrial units:

• Premium commercial and carton packaging: With two B1-format offset presses and accompanying finishing equipment, we produce high-quality folding cartons for the cosmetics, pharmaceutical, food and textile industries, as well as for consumer goods. Superb full-colour print on folding boxboard makes sure your product stands out on supermarket shelves.
• State-of-the-art digital centre (tool-free production): With our digital press using water-based inks for direct printing on board, a digital roll-fed printing and die-cutting line (600 mm width) and a CNC cutting table (1600×2400 mm), we produce small and medium packaging runs with no costs for expensive cutting dies. We make and deliver a sample of your new box within 24 to 48 hours!
• POS advertising stands and displays: Using the power of digital printing and automatic lamination, we produce solid, sturdy and eye-catching POS display stands for supermarkets and brands. Our stands are collapsible, carry heavy loads and are printed in full colour, giving your product maximum visibility at the point of sale.
• A unique regional advantage in food packaging: When it comes to eco-friendly packaging for hospitality and food delivery, we have dedicated lines for Burger Box and Lunch Box packaging, with an advanced system for machine-forming internal dividers. This technology enables fully automated production of boxes that keep the main dish and the side perfectly separated, preventing food from mixing during transport. No one else in the region produces this kind of complex packaging by machine. The plant is also equipped with highly automated lines for round paper bowls (500 ml to 1100 ml) and fries boxes.
• Heavy-duty laminated packaging: Our automatic B0-format laminating machine, working together with two B1 offset presses and two automatic die-cutters with waste stripping (B1 and 1200×1700 mm), enables the production of premium, sturdy laminated boxes for heavy goods, transport and product protection.

💻 Integrated ERP system and smart stock

All our operations, from the moment you place an order in our modern domestic web shop or through our sales team, are run through an advanced, integrated ERP system. This software manages our warehouses, stock and raw materials in real time, preventing delays and ensuring that a large stock of finished products is always available and ready for urgent dispatch.

🔬 Laboratory-tested and food-safe

All packaging for hospitality and food delivery produced in our plant undergoes strict, regular laboratory analysis and health-safety testing. We proudly guarantee that our materials and water-based inks are 100% tested, safe and fully suitable for direct contact with food. Your meals keep their freshness, flavour and warmth in our boxes, with no effect on consumers’ health.

As market leaders, we regularly exhibit at the largest European and domestic B2B events, where we build our entire sustainable stand (including walls and furniture) ourselves from our innovative cardboard and transport it in a single pickup truck:
