The English version of this website is a product catalogue. Products cannot be ordered here directly; you send us a quote request and we reply with an offer. These terms explain how that works.

2. Products and prices
- Prices on the English version are shown in euros (EUR), per piece, without VAT.
- They are indicative and not a binding offer. The binding price is the one in the offer we send you.
- We take care that descriptions and photos are accurate. Colours on screen can differ slightly from the real ones, and dimensions are given with the usual production tolerances.
3. Quote requests and orders
- Use the “Request a quote” button on a product, or write to us, and tell us which products and quantities you need and where they should be delivered.
- We reply by email with an offer that states the price, delivery cost, delivery time and payment terms.
- A contract is concluded when you accept the offer in writing and we confirm the order.

Ordering online is available only on the Serbian version of this website, for delivery within Serbia. The terms of purchase published there apply to those orders.

8. Disputes
We try to settle any disagreement by agreement. If that is not possible, the courts of the Republic of Serbia have jurisdiction and the law of the Republic of Serbia applies. This does not limit rights that consumers have under the mandatory law of their own country.

We may change these terms from time to time. The version in force when we sent you the offer applies to that offer.
